As such, The Parke’s roads were designed for everyone – with a greater emphasis on pedestrians and cyclists. We have designed our roads to be wider, safer, and built in a “loop” fashion. Our roads also have minimized the number of cul de sacs, to reduce the potential for automobile congestion and its environmental impact. Alternative forms of transportation will enhance community health and create opportunities for socialization among neighbors.
